We currently ship our products across Bangalore. If you are located outside Bangalore and are interested in purchasing from us, please contact us at support@nurseryroots.com for further information.

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1500. This offer is applicable only for standard delivery within Bangalore.
• Express Shipping: If you need your order to be delivered faster, we offer express shipping options at an additional cost. The charges for express shipping will be displayed at checkout.

3. Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.
• Customized Orders: Some orders, such as custom plant arrangements, may require additional processing time. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

• Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than the standard delivery time. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not delivered after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Order Acceptance: Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, please inform the delivery person and contact us immediately at support@nurseryroots.com.
