This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Before Shipment:
  You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nurseryroots.com or call us at +91 89514 60946. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund.
• Cancellation After Shipment:
  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy below.

2. Return and Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Returns:
  We accept returns of plants and products under the following conditions:
  • The plant or product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website.
  • The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The plant or product is in its original packaging and has not been used or altered in any way.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  Some items are not eligible for return, including:
  • Plants that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage due to mishandling.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.
• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, please email us at support@nurseryroots.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
• Refunds:
  Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Costs:
  If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. Refund Timelines

• Refunds to credit/debit cards or bank accounts may take 7-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s policies.
• Refunds to digital wallets (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay) or UPI will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.
